The May 2026 Edition focuses on improving the overall Weniba experience with better dashboard management, simplified billing, improved service accessibility, and several new platform features. This update also introduces new systems like WeniWallet and MegaCoin Rewards while improving VPS, Cloud Hosting, Domains, and account management across the platform.

Universal Search

A completely new Universal Search system has been added across the dashboard to make navigation faster and simpler for users managing multiple services. Users can now instantly search VPS services, Cloud Hosting accounts, registered domains, invoices, and support-related sections directly from one place without manually browsing through different pages. The search experience has also been optimized internally to provide better response speed and more accurate account-wide results across the dashboard.

MegaCoin Rewards

MegaCoin Rewards has now been officially introduced as Weniba’s loyalty rewards system for eligible transactions and renewals. Users will automatically receive MegaCoins on supported payments which can later be used during checkout to reduce future invoice costs. The rewards system has been integrated directly into the billing flow to keep the experience simple, transparent, and easier to use for long-term customers using multiple Weniba services.

WeniWallet

This update introduces WeniWallet, a dedicated account balance system integrated directly into the Weniba billing infrastructure. Users can now maintain balance inside their account and use wallet funds for renewals, purchases, and supported service-related transactions. Refund handling has also been improved through WeniWallet, allowing supported refunds to be credited directly into wallet balance for faster reuse inside the platform without depending on external payment processing delays.

Dashboard & Navigation Improvements

The dashboard structure has been reorganized to provide a cleaner and more accessible management experience across the platform. Several sections were redesigned to reduce unnecessary clutter while improving navigation flow between services, billing, domains, and marketplace areas. The updated layout also introduces better separation between active service management and product discovery sections, helping users manage existing services more efficiently while keeping the interface more organized overall.

Domain Management Improvements

Domain management has now been more deeply integrated into the main Weniba dashboard experience alongside VPS and Cloud Hosting services. Users can now manage registered domains, renewals, DNS settings, and domain-related actions from a more centralized environment. Additional improvements were also made to the domain search system, including faster availability detection, improved pricing visibility, and better support for displaying active promotions across supported domain extensions.

Cloud Hosting Improvements

The Cloud Hosting management experience has been redesigned to improve accessibility and simplify important service controls for users. Access to cPanel, Webmail, password management, Shell Access controls, and DNS-related settings has been improved to reduce unnecessary navigation steps across the dashboard. The updated management flow is intended to provide a cleaner and more responsive experience for both standard users and advanced hosting customers.

VPS Management Rebuild

The VPS management section has been rebuilt with improved responsiveness, management flow, and monitoring visibility. Users now have faster access to power controls, improved bandwidth usage visibility, and easier direct access to the VNC console from the dashboard itself. Multiple internal optimizations were also implemented to improve management responsiveness and overall service handling consistency for VPS-related actions.

Billing & Checkout Improvements

The checkout and billing experience has been refined to provide clearer payment handling and better invoice transparency during transactions. Users can now view real-time breakdowns for subtotal, taxes, MegaCoin discounts, and final totals directly during checkout. WeniWallet integration has also been improved alongside payment gateway handling to provide a smoother transaction flow while reducing billing-related confusion during purchases and renewals.

Account & Security Improvements

Users can now update additional account details directly from the dashboard settings area with improved account management accessibility. To maintain billing consistency and regional pricing stability, account region and selected currency are now permanently fixed after account creation. Two-Factor Authentication management has also been improved with easier controls for both email verification and authenticator app verification directly from account settings.

Stability Improvements

Several known bugs and existing platform-related issues have been resolved as part of this release to improve overall dashboard reliability and responsiveness. Backend optimizations were also implemented to improve billing consistency, session handling, and service management performance across multiple sections of the platform. This update additionally introduces a dedicated System Status page for real-time infrastructure monitoring and a new Announcements section inside the dashboard for platform updates and important notices.

Upcoming

Development for future Weniba updates is already in progress and may include additional hosting-related products, expanded infrastructure capabilities, stronger KYC verification systems based on applicable regulations, further Keni AI improvements, and additional dashboard optimization updates.
